“Silver Rocket” bronze powder series have three colors: Rich Gold; Pale Gold; Copper,and this series is leafing flaky pigment,which is composed of copper,zinc and aluminium powder.

  It imparts good brilliance and metallic effect,so it is favored by customers.

  The following are common recommendations and precautions for bronze powder:

一,Precautions

1，Resin and solvent

① The nitrocellulose and epoxy resins should be avoided. because both will chemically react with copper to form a jelly.

②Avoid using alcohols and ketone solvents and lipid solvents with incomplete acidification.

③Aromatic solvents and ester solvents help to completely wet the bronze powder particles to achieve full dispersion.

④High-purity resins and solvents (low water content) should be used. If there is a small amount of water, it is recommended to use molecular sieve to remove water before adding bronze powder pigment.

2，Dispersion

①Add the bronze powder first, and add 1:1 or 2:1 solvent to the bronze powder several times under slow stirring.

②Stir under low shear for about 15 minutes to a paste.

3，Storage

①Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse.

②Keep away from fire and heat sources.

二,Recommendations

240 mesh: flying gold, fabric printing gold, suitable for fast printing.

400 mesh: flying gold, gold paint, fabric printing gold, also suitable for screen printing, wallpaper, paint and incorporation into plastics.

600 mesh : flying gold, gold paint, fabric printing gold, screen printing, handicraft coating, etc.

800 mesh : used for non-aqueous applications of textile printing, spray paint, plastic and wallpaper "tip" coatings.

1000 mesh : used to make high-brightness spray paint, wooden materials, silk screen ink and slat ink.

1200 mesh : suitable for printing inks, paints, plastics, screen inks, etc.

1500 mesh : excellent performance, high gloss, good stability, can be used to make offset printing ink.
