Aluminum pigments for plastic masterbatch and injection.

Type:

1. Aluminum paste

This series aluminum paste is have good brightness, strong hiding power and low odor characteristic.

2. Aluminum powder

Aluminum powder adopts dry grinding technology with strong metallic effect, high aluminum content, no odor and easy to disperse feature.

3. Aluminum granule/pellet

Aluminum pellet is silver pellet pigment for plastic products. Main content are aluminum powder, additives and wax carrier. The max temperature is 250-280℃. Aluminum pellet has the feature of odorless and clear in using. 

Usage:

Add to plastic particles or plastic powder directly, stir at low speed until uniform, then make granulation.

Suggest adding amount:

Plastic masterbatch: 15-45%

Plastic Injection: 0.5-5%

We need note:

The physical structure of aluminum pigment is mainly aluminum flakes. 

High-speed stiring, multiple granulation and very high temperature should be avoided in use. Otherwise, the injection effect will be black and no metallic effect.
